Overview
The system is a portal for advertising all types of property (residential and commercial) for sale
or rent.
Key Features
The following features are available within the application:
- Caters for Estate Agents and Branches with image logo associated with their properties
- Caters for private individuals to load their own properties
- Text descriptions of the property
- Categories are available (i.e. rent/buy, annual/monthly rent, area, beds etc.) for search screens
- Allows 1 main picture and 6 supplementary pictures
- Available for all types of property (Residential and commercial)
- Has PostCode or town search options - with specified surrounding radius
Technical Aspects
The application has been developed in Visual Studio .NET with Microsoft SQL Server as the backend database.
